Trained with the Vodder Technique, this is a full body Manual Lymphatic Drainage session, in which your specialized & licensed therapist, applies light pressure and specific techniques to stretch the skin and encourage the lymphatic fluid circulate and drain into areas of the body, instead of being stored in the tissues causing swelling. This is an amazing treatment to boost your immune system, get rid of water retention, edemas/lymphedemas, help with digestion, detox and help with general wellness. MLD has also an analgesic effect, so it works with your nervous system to ease body pain and stress 😌 Again, absolutely NO TOOLS used!

Gentle manual lymphatic drainage performed post surgery to help you heal faster, reduce swelling, post surgery complications, reduce scar tissue and inflammation. This service is NOT painful, it is the traditional Vodder method, so we DO NOT use any tools! Recommended sessions for recovery are anywhere between 10-12 (or more) depending on how your body is healing. Ideally, you are instructed by your Doctor to get these sessions consistently for 8-12 weeks after surgery/procedure, to help with recovery and maximize the best results! Post surgery care is very crucial ‼️. Stay consistent with treatments & be patient, your body needs to heal for a few months.
